Ng’lethele app description
Ng’lethele is an app for users to send and receive their consignments on demand.
STEP 1. Search the location from where you would like to collect or send a consignmen, book the order and package securely.
STEP 2. A four digit code is generated for your order, and the receiver is notified in order to confirm on delivery.
STEP 3. Wait for collection from our deliverers, then live track your consignment on our app.
STEP 4. Deliverer arrives at chosen destination, the four digit code is presented to complete the delivery.
STEP 5. Rate the service and complete the order.
ALL Ng’lethele deliverers are verified personnel.
